It is always a good idea to set up a still life to pratice,these are some paintings i have done for projects or my art group.

- Hi, My name is Guilli and I am a self taught artist. I am retired now, after working in the oil industry onshore/offshore and overseas. Now my interest is in the arts. Mediums I like to use are oil and soft pastels, but for the last year I have been learning the techniques and magic of watercolour. I have always liked to draw and try to sketch something every day. I am a member of WetCanvas and have been on annual meets to socialize with other members and enjoy day out pleine air painting. My other interests are golf, music, reading.
